Junk is priced by volume
You pay for the space your load fills in the truck — from a single item up to a full load — not by the hour. Certain items with special disposal costs (mattresses, appliances, tires, electronics) carry a small added charge.
JUNK REMOVAL • CLEANOUTS • HAULING
Straightforward junk removal, cleanout and hauling rates across the Reno, Sparks and Carson City area. Final pricing is confirmed in your written quote.
We look at the load, quote it in plain numbers and confirm the price before we lift anything. The rates below are starting points based on volume, access and disposal requirements.
You pay for the space your load fills in the truck — from a single item up to a full load — not by the hour. Certain items with special disposal costs (mattresses, appliances, tires, electronics) carry a small added charge.
Labor, loading, driving and standard disposal are built into every quote — plus tidying up the area when we’re done. No fuel surcharge or dump-fee tacked on after the fact.
Long carries, full flights of stairs, heavy or oversized items, and dense debris like concrete or tile take extra work or cost more to dispose of. Anything like that is spelled out in your quote — never sprung on you later.
Before any work starts you get a clear, no-obligation price. Once you say go, that’s the number — the only way it moves is if the scope of the job changes and you okay it first.
Garage, storage-unit, rental, estate and office cleanouts use the same clear volume-based approach, with larger jobs quoted on site.
Here’s how those rates break down:
Priced by how much your load fills our standardized 18-cubic-yard pricing unit — you pay only for the portion your items occupy.
| Volume | Approx. yd³ | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Minimum / very small pickup | Small pickup | $119 | Labor, loading, hauling and standard disposal |
| 1/8 unit | 2.25 yd³ | $149 | Ordinary household junk |
| 1/4 unit | 4.5 yd³ | $249 | Ordinary household junk |
| 3/8 unit | 6.75 yd³ | $349 | Ordinary household junk |
| 1/2 unit | 9 yd³ | $449 | Ordinary household junk |
| 5/8 unit | 11.25 yd³ | $549 | Ordinary household junk |
| 3/4 unit | 13.5 yd³ | $649 | Ordinary household junk |
| 7/8 unit | 15.75 yd³ | $749 | Ordinary household junk |
| Full 18-cubic-yard pricing unit | 18 yd³ | $849 | Ordinary household junk; heavy debris excluded |
The 18-cubic-yard figure is a standardized billing reference — not the physical capacity of a specific truck. Heavy materials, weight limits, unsafe loads or difficult access may require separate pricing, confirmed before loading.
